Over the years, she has served as a fitness instructor and personal trainer with Grand Lakes Club, Anytime Fitness and Sports Fitness and Aquatics on Fort Rucker. Stephanie also led Physical Training (PT) on a volunteer basis for soldiers stationed at Hunter Army Airfield, Fort Stewart and Fort Rucker.

She began yoga practice in 2015 and was immediately amazed by the power of meditation, movement and breath used in synchrony to promote all facets of wellness. This was the final push prompting the opening of Samata Wellness Solutions in July of 2017.
