Stephanie Kraczkowski

Stephanie has a Master’s degree in Counseling from Campbell University, a Post Master’s Certificate in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from East Carolina University and an Associates’s degree in Exercise Science from the Lionel University School of Exercise Science. She is also currently enrolled in doctoral studies in counseling and traumatology at Liberty University.
Her approach to therapy is generally trauma-based. She uses a wide variety of therapeutic techniques with adults, children, couples and families. Stephanie is certified in EMDR and DBT. She trained with the Gottman Institute for the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. She complements all of her services with good old-fashioned Gestalt Therapy.
Stephanie has 16 years of experience with the public school system. She’s served as a special education teacher for 6 of those years teaching children with different abilities. 10 of those years she served as a school counselor. She has a great deal of experience serving children and families in crisis and experiencing challenges with providing for each other’s needs.
Stephanie has also been interested in fitness and wellness from an early age. She has been a personal trainer since 2013. Over the years, she has served as a fitness instructor and personal trainer with Grand Lakes Club, Anytime Fitness and Sports Fitness and Aquatics on Fort Rucker. Stephanie also led Physical Training (PT) on a volunteer basis for soldiers stationed at Hunter Army Airfield, Fort Stewart and Fort Rucker.
She began yoga practice in 2015 and was immediately amazed by the power of meditation, movement and breath used in synchrony to promote all facets of wellness. This was the final push prompting the opening of Samata Wellness Solutions in July of 2017.
